♦ Expect for the price to increase depending on the overall complexity of the characters and the scenes

♦ The work on the commissioned pieces will begin only upon receiving the payment

♦ Refunds are only available if your commission cannot be finished by me due to unforeseen issues or reasons

♦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any of the reasons

♦ Make edit requests in time. Don't expect me to do changes at the final stages

♦ If you don't reply to my messages regarding the stages of the artwork in over a week, your commission can be disregarded, unless a reason for your absence is provided beforehand

♦ Received art cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes, as well as it cannot be used in any AI training or image manipulation. Received art will not be featured in NFTs, commercials or any other purposes that feature monetary gain

♦ I reserve the right to post my art pieces to any platforms of my choice. You may still request to remain anonymous and your username will not be brought up anywhere

♦ Always credit my art (just "Kecheek" will suffice) if uploaded to any website. Do not remove, hide or crop the signature in any of the artworks

♦ Unique art pieces not listed in here can be negotiated

♦ The ToS and the prices may change at any time
